VTF880-RF can be used as both a rectifier and an inverter, operating in four quadrant mode. Adopting IGBT and SPWM mode, it can control the size and phase of AC power, and make the AC input wave close to sine wave through various filtering and energy storage links in the front end. The power factor is adjustable positive and negative with a midpoint of 1. When the braking energy on the motor side returns through the inverter, the DC bus voltage increases. It can make the phase of the AC input wave opposite to the power supply voltage, achieve regenerative power generation operation, and feed back the regenerative energy to the AC power grid to meet the control requirements of high-performance inverters.
