Residual Current Breaker with Over-Current protection (RCBO) is a critical safety device combining the functions of a Residual Current Device (RCD) and a Mini Circuit Breaker (MCB). It protects both personnel and equipment by detecting leakage currents, overloads, and short circuits.
The RCBO monitors current flow balance between live and neutral wires. In the event of an imbalance caused by leakage (e.g., faulty appliance or ground fault), the device trips instantly to prevent electric shock and potential fire hazards.
